Terms of service
Last updated July 30, 2026
These terms cover use of the Frontaeris website. Software we build and license to customers is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.
Who we are
Frontaeris builds and licenses business software. Contact: hello@frontaeris.com.
Using this site
You may read it, share it, and contact us through it. Please don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
What's on this site is not an offer
Descriptions of products and capabilities are informational. Nothing here creates a contract. Engagements begin with a signed written agreement covering scope, price, and term.
Intellectual property
The Frontaeris name, the content of this site, and all software described on it remain our property. Customers receive a license to use software we build for them, as set out in their agreement. Licensing does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or platform.
Subscriptions and billing
Where we provide software on a subscription:
- Fees, billing period, and term are stated in your agreement.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel effective at the end of your current billing period — see the refund policy below.
Refunds
If a subscription payment was taken in error, or the software was unusable for a billing period due to a fault on our side, contact us within 30 days and we will refund that period.
Subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable for periods already served. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund past months. Custom development work already performed is non-refundable.
Refund requests: hello@frontaeris.com. We respond within five business days.
Availability
We work to keep hosted software available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service on this site. Specific availability commitments, if any, live in your agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontaeris is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Liability relating to licensed software is governed by the relevant customer agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated directly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Frontaeris is established.
