Privacy policy
Last updated July 30, 2026
This policy explains what information Frontaeris collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site:
- Contact form — your name, email address, and message.
- Email list — your email address.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not build profiles on visitors.
How form submissions are handled
Forms are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account and forwarded to our email. Netlify's own privacy practices are described at netlify.com/privacy.
What we do with it
- Reply to your message.
- Send you occasional updates, if you asked for them.
We will not send you marketing email because you used the contact form. Those are separate things and we keep them separate.
Server logs
Our host records standard technical information for every request — IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is normal web server operation and is used for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics that identify you personally. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when you load a page.
Retention
Form submissions are kept as long as they're useful for the conversation they started. Email list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete either and we will.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe using the link in any email we send.
- Ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it — email hello@frontaeris.com.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the current version always lives at this URL.
